What is the Message?

A QUESTION FOR CHRISTIANS ABOUT END TIME PROPHECY?

Hi, I am a Christian who believes that we are living in the last days and that the tribulation is coming very soon. But someone wrote on the internet something about Jews returning to Israel. Is it in prophecy that Jews will return to Israel and is it happening now and what is supose to happen when the Jews return to Israel?

4. Just listen to this and you can put aside your fears:

MATHEW 24:36:

"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."

MATHEW 24:32

"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come."

5. First of all The Rapture has to happen and it is on the horizon as we speak.

6. When the earth is destroyed there will be a new Israel. So Jews returning to Israel is symbolic to them being His people returning to the promise land of Heaven. Although commonly when the term Jews are used nowadays referring to God it deals with both Jews and Gentiles. The returning of these people to Israel recalls all of us born again Christians entering the Kingdom of God.

7. Belief in an end time prophecy is not compatible with the teaching of Jesus Christ. It's make your mind up time.

8. We may or may not be in the end times. The Jews officially returned to their land (at the time uninhabited) in 1948, when they were allowed to return to their land, Palestine. The next major event that will signify the coming of the antichrist is when a ruler (from a land originating from the Roman Empire) will make a treaty between Israel and her neighbors.

10. That prophecy is in the Bible( can't remember where, you may have to google it).
It is true that Jews have flocked back to Israel in their numbers.
The third Temple in Jerusalem is nearly underway in it's construction which is another fairly major Bible prophecy unfolding. The 10th of march 2010 is the start date for this.
Not one generation shall pass after the temple is built according to the Scriptures.

So yes if you look at the signs of the end that the Bible teaches, you will find that there has never been a time as fitting as these days we live in, to the description of the signs in the Bible.

No other Religion ever, can compete with the accuracy of Bible prophecy through the ages.
And as it still unfolds before our very eyes, we still have people who scoff at Christianity and it's prophecies.

Funny thing is the Bible Prophesies there will be scoffers in the last days!

11. As a christian, and interested in end time prophesy - it is very difficult to know the truth. As part of the affliction on the church (body of believers) is confusion about truth. This is why we have so many denominations.

Even during the time of Christ - people expected the end. And as another poster said - people have been expecting the end for hundreds of years. I think we can clearly determine one thing: humanity is desperate for Christ. While we all want life to continue on earth - we seem to be desperate for Yeshua. Which is collectively probably the best thing we as Christians have done.

Jews are to return to Israel, and they have done it more than once. I can probably safely say that 2012 is NOT the end. I also dont believe in the pre-trib rapture. There is nothing in the bible that says it will happen. In fact - the bible shows that tribulation comes BEFORE Christ returns. Here is my best interpretation of Matthew:

Mat 24:2 "Temple to be destroyed" Happened around 70 AD When Romans leveled Jerusalem

Mat 24:15 "Abomination that causes desoltion" Happened around 552 AD when the Al Aqsa Mosque was built . The Temple area became desolate .. as it is to this VERY DAY. No one is allowed to pray there, as the muslims believe is desecrates the area.

Mat 24:31 Gathering of the elect should happen
Mat 24:32 Fig Tree blooms ... could be Israel becoming a state again in 1946
Mat 24:36 End time, end hour ... no one knows when.

Remember, the Holocaust happened in the 1940's. Nothing so horrible has ever happened to a population like this. This could be the tribulation spoken of.

Mat 25:24 Separation of the goats and sheep ... this happens at judgment which means Christ has come already.

When the end comes isn't as important to God as just being ready, every day. Living your life like a bride. Virtuous until the day of her wedding.

There is going to be an in-gathering to Israel for the remainder of the tribes since 1948 saw the tribe of Judah return to the land but the rest of Israel were scattered to to ends of the Earth and we know that there is going to be a great war in the land which we see the nations around getting ready for and i thank you for your God bless as there is no greater gift wish than the favor of the Most High God to be on some one and anyone who finds it offensive might ask why they come on a Christian site where that is what we say. 13. The Jews returned to Israel in 1948,before that the country Israel did not exist since biblical times.

If you can't even read accurately how do you expect to understand anything?



And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.



Oh look! It says came out of great tribulation. How come no one has ever seen that?

Could it be that they want to make up their own ideas?



Has no one while being persecuted, torn apart by the lions, burnt at the stake, hounded and oppressed, in trials of cruel mockings and scourgings, imprisoned, stoned, murdered, sawn asunder, tempted, slain with the sword: wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented, have none of these come out of tribulation ???


Can you not read for yourself and listen to God but you must be taught all manner of fanciful notions by men? Men who say they are Christians but teach about things they know nothing about?


Is a Christian who doesn't read the Bible for themselves even a Christian?

15. Jesus said that many within his hearing would not see death before the end of the world. Obviously that didn't work out. For 2000 years since then, people have been looking for and predicting the end. Give it a break! The end will come when either of two things happen: 1) a large asteroid or comet hits the earth or 2) when the sun starts into the process of burning out. Why don't you all give up this crap and start trying to do something about what's happening now?
