What is the Message?

Did you know that unbelievers here are fulfilling Bible prophecy?

And I'll bet they don't even know it. Read 1Peter 3:1-7, which I'll quote in part: Knowing this first; that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, 'Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation'. Just one of numerous examples, right Brothers and Sisters in Christ?

6. Funny story, the author of 1 Peter wasn't making prophecy. He was talking about the time he was living in. The early Christians thought they were living in the last days. You are as wrong as they were. Now, if you want to put aside your childish things, there are real life problems with the world that could use some addressing and fantasizing that the world is ending will only get in the way of that.

Oh, and I was already familiar with that "prophecy" from the Bible. Amazing how someone can shovel out the most ridiculous steamer and then say "people will call this ridiculous" and you think it's some sort of magical prophecy.

8. yes, the end is getting very close.. its actually abit terrifying how many prophecies of the end times that are being fulfilled

1) Loss of Morals
2) More naturals disasters than recorded of history in a years worth period. Japan earthquake, Chile earthquake, Haiti Earthquake, Millions of fish dead in the ocean for some apparent reason, birds dying from the sky and landing in a neighborhood's front lawn.
3) The increase of Atheism and the Islamic Brotherhood
4) The new world order
5) Rights be stripped away from humans
6) Increase crime rate
7) Sexual perversion amongst the acceptance of pornography
8) Loss of Faith in GOD
9) Lying and Thieving government
10) Economic Crisis
11) Increase in War
12) Death rate increasing
13) Obesity rising
14) All types of diseases spreading (this was one of my contacts answers I borrowed, she's right on point)

9. Yes. and then Jesus also spoke more than 1000 years later, God speaking through him:

Matthew 12
38 Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law said to him, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from you.”
39 He answered, “A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a sign! But none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41 The men of Nineveh will stand up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and now something greater than Jonah is here. 42 The Queen of the South will rise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for she came from the ends of the earth to listen to Solomon’s wisdom, and now something greater than Solomon is here.

12. i know right!! they've got EVERYTHING in the bible.. that book was waaaay ahead of its time. even today they like use it to cure cancer and stuff. cuz it's like, non fictional genius

13. Absoulutely. Was just reading through the many pages of questions based on total ignorance in Y! R&S. It's beyond amazing how imaginative people can be, yet fail to grasp the simple concept of the Loving God.

Jesus did warn us.

14. Well, I'm one of the non-believers, but I really liked that. And no, I didn't know that. I find that quite interesting. But I still don't believe it.
