What is the Message?

Can someone share a bible prophecy about an historical event that actually came true?

Please refrain from examples where a later New Testament author merely reinterprets the text. An example of this can be found in Matthew's birth narrative.

2. There are many. (Though I must say that your charge of "reinterpreting" is simply fatuous.)

Look up Cyrus and the rebuilding of the Temple. That's a favorite of mine. So is the prediction that the Mesiah would be crucified, even before the Roman Empire existed and crucifixion was developed.

EDIT: Bob.. Share the prophecy. Don't just claim it happened. Give sources, don't just make **** up.

4. Idk any bible versus about prophecy other than revalations. Here is the text from Revalations 20:12
"And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds."
This is a real bible verse so if any of you bible freaks got a better interpretation please explain!!!!

I don't know about you but it sounds like judgement day is coming in 2012. Its not just the Mayans!! lol

5. IN isaiah its said that israel was going to be a nation once again and in 1944 or 45 israel became a nation
