What is the Message?

If there was a nuclear war around the world would it affect the prophecy?

For example, let's say the earth became contaminated by toxic nuclear energy, there was death and destruction everywhere, humans had depleted the natural resources on the planet, all the rivers, oceans and sky was contaminated. Would the Messiah still come and raise all the dead to live here in paradise for all eternity? Or would God replace the earth with a new one so it's fresh and clean like before the destruction? Can man change the future prophecy of the "world to come" simply by pressing the "red button"?

1. There is no prophecy, you nut.
And there's no God to save the world from nukes.
So chill out and realize the seriousness of nuclear threats which CAN happen.

I'm not familiar with the details of the prophecy that you are mentioning ________ (if anyone can tell me the better word, rather than "mentioning," that I can't think of right now, that would be very much appreciated) so it would be difficult to provide an answer significantly different than, "No, because the prophecy you speak of isn't real."

EDIT: It's not allude, is it? You did a lot more than just allude to the prophecy. You mentioned it a lot! So what's a good word for what I was saying? Hmmm...

3. That's not going to happen.

If that's truly the case, then that would be end of the world.

5. actually Christ said he would go and prepare a place for His people, and that where He was His people would be. and it's not in this fleshly world.

7. what if that was what was trying to be explained to simple men 2000 years ago, what if locusts were helicopters, and skin boiling was radioactive exposure. The list goes on but it does make you wonder how God could have explained nuclear fission and radioactivity, and flight to goat herders 2 millenums ago. Just a thought. . . Remember the book was not written by God, even though all the words are God-breathed. The bible is fallible because it was written and translated by men, imperfect men.

8. Listen carefully; religion prophecy scripture god Jeebus Shiva Allah, all BS, nonsense, High Silliness.
All that we can do with Nuclear weapons is end us not the world not life something will survive.
All the plutonium and fissile materials came from the earth and the earth has been through much worse than us.

9. Man can't completely destroy our planet to make it uninhabitle. The bible says God will stop that before things go that far:

(Revelation 11:16-18) . . .And the twenty-four elders who were seated before God upon their thrones fell upon their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying: “We thank you, Jehovah God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and begun ruling as king. 18 But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time for the dead to be judged, and to give [their] reward to your slaves the prophets and to the holy ones and to those fearing your name, the small and the great, and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.”

Notice that God will bring to ruin those who are ruining the earth. He will act before man goes too far. This planet will not be destroyed as many religions teach. It will be restored to a paradise by Christ:

(Matthew 5:5) 5 “Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth."

(Ecclesiastes 1:4) . . .A generation is going, and a generation is coming; but the earth is standing even to time indefinite.

(Isaiah 45:18) 18 For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the [true] God, the Former of the earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited:. . .

(Isaiah 11:6-9) 'And the wolf will actually reside for a while with the male lamb, and with the kid the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned young lion and the well-fed animal all together; and a mere little boy will be leader over them. 7 And the cow and the bear themselves will feed; together their young ones will lie down. And even the lion will eat straw just like the bull. 8 And the sucking child will certainly play upon the hole of the cobra; and upon the light aperture of a poisonous snake will a weaned child actually put his own hand. 9 They will not do any harm or cause any ruin in all my holy mountain; because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea."

(Acts 3:19-21) 19 “Repent, therefore, and turn around so as to get YOUR sins blotted out, that seasons of refreshing may come from the person of Jehovah 20 and that he may send forth the Christ appointed for YOU, Jesus, 21 whom heaven, indeed, must hold within itself until the times of restoration of all things . . ."

(Ephesians 1:8-10)"This he caused to abound toward us in all wisdom and good sense, 9 in that he made known to us the sacred secret of his will. It is according to his good pleasure which he purposed in himself 10 for an administration at the full limit of the appointed times, namely, to gather all things together again in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth. [Yes,] in him. . ."

10. It may very well be a part of prophecy.

Consider these verses;

"This is the plague with which the LORD will strike all the nations that fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths. On that day men will be stricken by the LORD with great panic. Each man will seize the hand of another, and they will attack each other. Judah too will fight at Jerusalem. The wealth of all the surrounding nations will be collected—great quantities of gold and silver and clothing. A similar plague will strike the horses and mules, the camels and donkeys, and all the animals in those camps. "

Zechariah 14:12-15

Did you ever read the book "Hiroshima" ? What is described in this verse is very much like what happens when people are exposed to radiation.

Also, this is a coming war described in figurative language in the Book of Revelation:

"The sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the horns of the golden altar that is before God. It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind. The number of the mounted troops was two hundred million. I heard their number.

The horses and riders I saw in my vision looked like this: Their breastplates were fiery red, dark blue, and yellow as sulfur. The heads of the horses resembled the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, smoke and sulfur. A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke and sulfur that came out of their mouths. The power of the horses was in their mouths and in their tails; for their tails were like snakes, having heads with which they inflict injury. "

Revelation 12:13-19

I think these figures could be interpreted as referring to weapons of modern warfare in the language of John's day.

Ozone depletion:

"The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was given power to scorch people with fire. They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him."

Revelation 16:8-9

pollution of the sea and waters......

"The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it turned into blood like that of a dead man, and every living thing in the sea died.

The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. "
Revealtion 16:3-4

And the earthquake to end all earthquakes........

"The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, "It is done!" Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since man has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath. Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found. From the sky huge hailstones of about a hundred pounds each fell upon men. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible."


Revelation 16:17-21

These will happen, just as it is written.

But after this, the Millennial Kingdom of Messiah; Satan bound, and a renewed earth like the Garden of Eden.
