I'm looking forward to seeing the movie "2012" which is due out in Brisbane on 12 November.?
I'm interested to know what people who have seen it thought, and also if they believe that the Mayan prophecy (ie. apparently the world is to end on 21 November 2012) will come true or not. Just curious.

2. have i seen it, no
but it doesnt take a genious to realize that that mayan stuff is BS, remember Y2K, yeah the same people who believed in that are believing in this too. There is a science behind all of this and its impossible for this to happen. Okay not impossible but it just wont because if the mayans were so dam smart why arent they here today to tell us. Also about the movie i will not spend my money to have people try to convince me the world will end, the world will end because people will get so caught up in it ending things like the economy will become worse then they are now, hence, get over it, it will not happen so move on with your life (that is a general statement not directed to the asker)
3. There was no Mayan prophecy and the world isn't going to end in 2012. The movie is fiction. Sony Pictures is taking advantage of the 2012 hysteria to market their film. The entire 2012 hullaballoo is a hoax to sell books and other doomsday merchandise and the hoaxers are making a bundle from gullible people.
