Antichrist to become "world leader" on June 21?

There seems to bea lot of talk aout this on some forums. From June 21 its exactly 3.5 years left to the famous date 21/12/2012. Some people believe this is when the world will end. And since the antichrist is suppose to rule the world for 42 months according to bible prophecy, one thinks antichrist will be chosen as a world leader on June 21. What will happen in the world that leads to this and who will be the chosen one?

2. Ooooooh Christ. OK look, Revelation clearly prophecizes that we won't know who the Anti-Christ is until the day the rapture is upon us. No human will know when the rapture will happen, rendering all guesses as complete garbage.

Nothing is going to happen plain and simple. There was never a Christ nor will there be an Antichrist - the only antichrists are those of us who don't believe in the existence or the coming of Christ!

13. There are still a few events that must take place before the prophecy can be fulfilled concerning the anti-Christ and then the rest. The Bible says no one can know the time, but to watch for the signs.

14. The Bible does not give any type of date as to the end of the world as we know it. In fact, when one of the apostles asked Jesus of that very same thing, He answered that only the Father knows the answer to that and that not even the angels know when it will be.

That date is nothing but pure wild guessing.

16. the rapture will take place, and before you people say in the bible the word rapture is not in there, i know that it is a word that christians use in place of saying calling up which in greek the word rapture means calling up. stated in the bible. as far as the end of the world it will not take place until after the one thousand year rein of christ on earth with the Christians. the lord jesus christ even stated he doesn't know when the rapture will take place only the father knows. he in mathew stated he tells his 12 disciples what to look out for and when you see these things it is at your door step, meaning near. this so called 12/21/2012 and the end of the world goes, not likely. If your a christian you will not believe anything like this. as far as The anti christ goes, he will become known after the rapture or calling up takes place. and i see that there is a person that stated there was no jesus christ, well in the encyclopedia there is 25,000.00 words stating and giving an explaination who jesus christ is. read up on it. before you open your mouth i suggest reading up on facts first. It is your choice if you do not believe in this. But you will find out soon or later. and yes anyone that doesn't believe in christ is considered to be anti christ. but the anti christ the bible is talking about is the one who will be a world leader, this person will rule the entire planet, dictate to all who can buy, sell and live, he will rule over all finances, he will control and be an ultlement deciever, he will claim to be the god that everyone has heard about and he will make those blind to the truth see he is the god and take his place on the throne of david. in jersualem the temple mount. this tebernacle was destroyed by roman radical soldiers. this temple is now in process of being rebuilt in jerusalem beside the muslim moscue temple.where the anti christ a man incarneted by satan will rule for 42 months. until jesus christ returns.

If Jesus and God darken the sun and moon and stars before 2012, will not people be surprised and caught off guard?

19. The un is suppose to vote some time for the first permanent president of the EU as soon as the treaty of lisbon can be ratified. One nation Ireland has held up the process. They have yet to approve the treaty.

It will not happen June 21.

There are many people in running for this president position. The duties of this president will be made up as they go along which is probably where they will decide it should be a dictatorship type president.

Tony Blair seems to be the top runner right nowbut that could change.

21. No, I don't think the World is going to end, I do not believe in prophecies of any kind, so that concept to me is far fetched. Also, I've read the bible, and I do not recall any statement regarding the date the world will end. Many people are talking about the 2012 date, but that has nothing to do with the bible, its the end of the Mayan calendar, so I guess people think that the Mayans (who made thousands and thousands of human sacrifices to please their Gods) would know because they are so much more enlightened then we are, or maybe people think because the calendar ends, time therefore ends. I don't know but it all sounds pretty ridiculous, internet rumors always are. remember y2k.

22. The anti-Christ has been around since the end of the first century.

It is not a single person but a class of religious leaders who oppose god. They think they are OK but Jesus warned about them while he was alive and warned about their presence at the time of his returning as King of Gods Kingdom (soon to come here) .
