What is the Message?

Who else is scared that Nibiru will destroy the earth in 2012?

After all, this is where the 2012 doomsday prophecy got cultivated from. Before that, it was just the end date of the Mayan calendar. I haven't actually run across any Mayan doomsday prophecy.

Edit: Okay, so what is science fiction and pseudo-science doing in the religion and spirituality section?

On a lighter note, some of the hysteria of adventists (a generic term for anyone who thinks they have identified the date of the end of the world or second coming) is pathetic at best.

2012 is going to come and go just like 2008 did. An election will be held in the United States and some people will not like the results. (My predictions)

12. Fear, is death waiting to happen, and I believe death is the doorway to life. The earth will never go away, the world of each individual is definitely dying.
Interpretation is up to the individual, I refuse to believe something that another human demands is truth.
I have read the story most call the bible, it is wonderful. I cannot find where anyone is doomed. Doomsday prophecy is also very profitable, money wise.

13. Nibiru who? The first of the boomers are retiring in 2011, so after the great stock market crash, Nibiru can come clean up what's left.

The Mayans were not the only society that has dec. 21st, 2012 as the end of the world as we know...a time of new enlightenment...who knows what will happen, but you can bet a bunch of people will be running scared before that day

What if we are on the other side of our sun when it Orbits though our solar system, It may not even hit us.

17. im not scared because before the "end of the world" the bible says he will take his people with him before the real destruction starts. and also don't forget what the bible says in 1 Thessalonians that no one knows the day of the coming of Christ but the father only.
