What is the Message?

What prophecy in the O.T. shows that five cities in Egypt will speak the Canaanite language?

Since that hasn't happened, and the language is now extinct, how do you think this prophecy to be fulfilled?

2. The Canaanite languages are a subfamily of the Semitic languages, which were spoken by the ancient peoples of the Canaan region, including Canaanites, Israelites and Phoenicians. All of them became extinct as native languages in the early 1st millennium CE, although Hebrew remained in continuous literary and religious use among Jews, and was revived as a spoken, everyday language in the 19th century by Eliezer Ben Yehuda.

Isaiah 19 reads like someone is talking big because they have to pay tribute to the Egyptian Pharaoh.
